DH pre booked and pre
Paid parking for a meeting at 11
He
Arrived when he thought was 10.30 on his clock but it's 10.28 on theirs
He left in advance of his check out time
But has a notice.
Will they let him off?

It’s up to their appeals process.
But it would make sense that he can successfully appeal a charge that is set against a discrepancy of 2 minutes between clocks

Presumably this is an ANPR managed car park which has detected a car at 10:28 with no payment for that time

It does sound a bit odd that there’s a two minute discrepancy which an effective system would account for

Is it a fully automated system or was there a parking warden who ticketed the car at 1028 which had been parked for a few minutes before the 1030 pre booked parking became active ?
