Motion sickness

For some strange reason I've started getting travel sick on planes and trains, it started a could if years ago.

Can anyone recommend any tablets or something that'll help? I've got a long flight coming up and I'm dreading it.

My kids used to have Sturgeron or Kwells, they also had success with the wristbands

I use the wristbands. I've always suffered terribly from travel sickness - cars, trains, planes, boats. I find the tablets can make you sleepy and dehydrated (which isn't great if you're travelling for work!!).

Best thing that worked for me was the wristbands.
medication wise, I found Dramamine the best, but they literally put me to sleep, so no good if you need to drive anywhere afterwards.

I take antihistamine, the advantage is they make you drowse and I’ll sleep.

I take a couple of days before ferry about 3pm in the afternoon and one on day of ferry

Kwells work for me and the kids

Thanks, I'll try the wristbands, I can't get sleepy as I've got to drive after. I've not heard of wristbands before

This is not linked to the original post but I’m wondering if someone (please!) can help.
My family and I are off on an impending Europe trip invoking a high speed train journey from Paris to Madrid (with a change in Barcelona.) I suffer from severe anxiety and so this is a big thing for me to do!
Can anyone tell me if these trains are going to be the tilting trains? (Worried if motion sickness)
Ive posted on another thread and some lovely people have given their advice. I’m just hoping that other people can inform me also. Thank you
