So large in the sky tonight as it is the closest for 59 years. Saturn also visible in the south west and Mars to the north-east, with a clear red tinge to it. Worth going outside for a look if it’s clear where you are.

It was very clear here in the west of Ireland yesterday, so big and bright compared to everything else in the sky.

Which direction? I’ve been seeing something very bright early morning south, southeast ish but haven’t been able t9 wor’ out what it is.

Thank you! I’ve just been to look & can see something very bright south east, so I’m going to say I’ve seen it. Binoculars didn’t help much, everywhere else, cloud.
also morning bright thing is south west not south east
