Especially when it’s something so pretty… I have the loveliest red dress and I so want to wear it but it’s too bloody tight and it pains me every time I see it but I still can’t part with it.

I've had a radical chuck out from my wardrobe. I've had clothes going back 10 years that I've been going to slim into.

They've all gone, and what's in there fits me now.

It was actually very liberating.
