Stuck zip

Any ideas on how to get out of a dress without cutting it off if the back zip is jammed?

Get a pencil and rub it up and down the zip teeth - the lead makes a natural lubricant.

Have a pencil ready but assume my husband will have to help. Last time I tried to get the dress off over my head whilst it was still zipped. Is it obvious what happened?
