What to wear in Las Vegas in November

Hi,
I'm going to Las Vegas for the first time in November this year. What kind of thing would you recommend taking to wear? Summer dresses for the day and a jacket for the evenings? Or will summer dresses be too cold for the daytime? I don’t get particularly cold. Online it says temperatures around 21 degrees for the day and as low as 5 degrees in the evening. Any advice would be great!

It depends on what you are planning on doing. I’d go for jeans in the daytime with a T-shirt and hoodie for shopping and walking the strip. Then if you want to be a bit more dressed up in the evening then a dress and jacket. We have just come back from Vegas and it was 36 degrees so I can’t imagine it cooling down that much !

October is the latest we’ve been on our annual trip and that was chilly on an evening - even during the day I’d carry a cardigan or light jacket as the aircon everywhere indoors can make it very cool. Outside a dress is good or T-shirt during the sunny times but the wind can be quite strong so just carry some light layers , a pashmina can be useful

I’ve been twice. December and March. About 25 in the day and about 14 at night. But in both cases, the week before was colder. I reckon if you pack for a normal English summer, not like this year or 2018, you’ll be set. Enjoy! Say hello to the fountains at the Bellagio for me!

Im going in November too. I have a friend who’s sister lived there for a time and she’d often visit in November as it’s reasonably quiet. She said sister would pick her up from the airport in puffer jacket and boots whilst she was in her summer dress 😂
Her advice was ‘pack for average British summer day without the rain’.

Im looking forward to it this time, I’ve been a few times but always in high season where it’s been too hot for me to properly enjoy. See you at NewYork NewYork!
