Can I give my 8 year old Bronchostop junior & calpol

Dd8 has developed a chesty cough, sniffly nose & earache (covid tests are clear). Can i give her bronchostop junior on top of the calpol if i space them out an hour? I don't think the bronchostop contains paracetamol.
