How do you date as a single mum

I’ve found myself in a rut. No longer in my 20’s and no babysitter to hand really that I can just go out and meet people. How do you all date? I mean I’m struggling without going back to previous relationships that offer that whole comfort feeling rather then finding someone new. My childrens fathers aren’t involved so childcare falls to me completely. But also I fall pregnant very easily so I’m put off just jumping into anything quick in case I end up in the same situation as previously. Also avoiding the muppets too, I find being a single mum I seem to attract the bad ones

I don’t, been single 5 years kids don’t see their father so with me all the time so not possible. I have no family help. What about your family would they help you?

Could you look at all available contraception options, before even thinking of dating again.

I get the practical complications, surely paying a babysitter is the best option

however it’s perfectly possible to have relationships and NOT fall pregnant, fairly sure you know that.

I fell pregnant with my children on contraception. So not always possible if a condom breaks then I feel like I’m not safe with the contraception I’m on
