Massage chair for car

I have lower back trouble and I find that a massage chair helps me tolerate long journeys in the passanger seat. I have a thinnish seat cover with vibrating knobs on the seat and on the back. It's wearing out and I'm looking for recommendations to replace it.

Ideally I'd like moving knobs, rather than just vibrating ones. I chose this (vibrating) one originally because I wasn't sure that the much thicker moving knob one would fit in my car.

Does anyone have an in-car massage seat that they love?

Dealing with lower back issues during long journeys can be a real pain. 😅 I've been using a similar vibrating seat cover, but mine's on its last legs too. Moving knobs sound like a great upgrade.I haven't tried an in-car massage seat yet, but I've been eyeing the zero gravity massage chair. I heard some good things about it helping with back problems. Maybe it could be a good fit for you too? Keep in mind the fit, though, as you mentioned. Hopefully, others can chime in with their experiences and suggestions.
