Thanks in advance. Looking to move to Devon with a budget of £300,000, 3 bed house.
We don't want too touristy, with empty houses all around for the winter months, so I guess South Devon is out? Also no urge to have wild parties all around us.
A villagy feel, quietish and rural, but has scope for families.
Not too many miles from the sea, maybe couple of hours drive max?
Good community feel.
Good schools although we will have to take the kids via car.
Less West Devon as we need to commute to Hampshire on a weekly basis. (Staying in Hampshire for 3 working days)
Maybe on the outskirts of a bigger town?
Never lived there so a bit useless.
