Sports bra recommendations for big boobs

I'm trying to get a couple of new ones so I can start couch to 5k so really need to be as supportive as possible. I'm looking at various websites but no idea if they are actually good and the choice is huge! Given that they are not cheap I'd prefer recommendations if possible. Boobs were 38f on last measure but would remeasure before buying obviously.

You need to look at high impact ranges. I like shock absorbers these are good if you need a specific cup size and also the Nike alpha skins ones.

I'm a 36G, and like the Shock Absorber Run bra, and also the Freya Dynamic bra. Neither fits like a normal bra, but Bravissimo have some guidelines on the website for how to adjust your size for each sports bra they sell- it's in the product description for each bra.

Got lucky in TKMax for last 2. For me it was the chest measurement under the boobs that was more difficult to find not cup size. I am big, And wanted a soft bra for running.

Second this. I am a 32g and I only wear these bras for running and riding

Shock absorber dd+ is my go to. I've got about 5 of them.

Another vote for Shock Absorber run bra here (32FF). Lots of support and easy to put on/take off without the need to dislocate my shoulders 👍

I’ll only wear Shock Absorbers for running.

Another vote for Shock Absorber here - although I do find they come up small in the back so recommend trying on.

I buy Enell. They are expensive but they work and are front fastening which I prefer. They are also incredibly comfortable considering what a tough job they are having to do!

i got a really good sports bra for fuller bust by shock absorber from bras and honey! goes right up to an F cup:) hope this helps!
