God children and their siblings

I've been honoured to be a god mother to 2 children- 1 DH's cousin and 1 my own 2nd cousins child. Both children have siblings and I have always given the same gift amount to their siblings for birthdays and Christmas along with each god child.

1 godchild is approaching 18, and I was planning on giving a large cash amount-maybe £50-£100. Do you gift to all godchildren's siblings the same amount? Am I setting myself up to give the same to siblings when they each turn 18? Do you continue to sent gifts/money after 18?

I have two god sons but we're very close to their families so I give them gifts/cards to all the children. The good children get a card saying godson if I can find one. At 18 I think you're generous giving a bigger cash gift (but we're not symbolic gifts givers) and I think after 18 a card is sufficient.

I think it depends on how close you are to their families.

I gave token pressies to my Godchildren's siblings up until they(the siblings) were teens. Since then it has just been gifts to my GC themselves. I plan on a generous gift at 18, similar at 21 and then just cards until a wedding gift.

I set up a savings account for my GS, so he'll be getting that at 18. His older brother won't get similar as he's not my GS, although I will give more for his 18th than I do usually (not masses though). I did the same for my GD and her siblings.

I tend to spend slightly less on my GC's sibling. Have been told by the parents that I don't need to buy for him at all but I couldn't bring myself to do that, even if he is an adult.
