Is a pressure cooker energy efficient (cost wise) or instant pot better?

Thinking of buying a pressure cooker to cook things more efficiently given the upcoming bills...but I've got no idea about them. I did look at getting a fancy instant pot with air fryer and all sorts, but that seemed complicated (and not necessarily amazing reviews), so stuck on pressure cooker. But really, am open to advice! Thanks

An Instant Pot is basically an electric pressure cooker with some additional functions. This article explains it well www.seriouseats.com/what-is-the-instant-pot-good-for

I bought an instant pot a couple of months ago and I use it almost every day. It's really versatile. It has preset and manual functions. Say goodbye to burning food dry and the keep warm bit is fab. highly recommend
