Gift ideas - outdoor fruit/veg plant

Looking for inspiration for a gift for someone who has been really kind to me.

I'm thinking of an outdoor potted fruit/veg plant. Current ones I've seen in their garden are chillies, bay, lemon and kumquats.

Any thoughts on something special? Thank you!

How about a few packs of seeds instead? Tomato, courgette, herbs?

Dwarf fruit tees are a nice idea, you could also consider an olive tree? Calamondins are another citrus you could consider but similar to kumquat. A dwarf crab apple might be nice.
