Does anyone know a digital nomad? What do they do?

I love the idea of being a digital nomad. I'm in my late 20s, not yet ready to settle down and am considering a career change. At the moment I'm in marketing.

When I got into marketing I thought it would be very creative, designing ad campaigns and designs. Really it's a lot of data analytics and content creation.

I love the blog writing aspect but nothing else.

I'm willing to try something new but would love to spend a couple of years abroad in Asia and South America working from my laptop.

If I wanted to run my own business writing blogs, is this feasible and how would I do it?

I am recently discovered the digital nomad concept and have very little knowledge.

Hi, I think it depends on the company you work for (the type of work you do). I did creative ad creation and blogs etc for years until I switched to digital analytics and web development last year. Places that are more creative in the way that you want are out there!

I've just started living as as digital nomad sometimes as my work is very flexible. It has its ups and downs so far.

It might be worth googling digital nomad visas in Europe. There are a good few of them now

The woman I know is a freelance UX Consultant. She literally is always in a different, exotic country whenever I have a call with her. V glamorous!

I'm a financial consultant and I'm fully remote. I could easily be a nomad. Thing is, it is entirely dependent on who you work for or your skill set.

DH could be a digital nomad if he taught online only - which he does as a business but from our home...time difference would be the only concern.
