Cystitis sachet question

DH thinks he has cystitis. I have some sachets of stuff I sometimes drink to help when I have it but it says they are not suitable for men. Does anyone know why?

I think it's quite unusual for men to get cystitis and it can be symptoms of something else more serious, or an STI.

Yes, men with uti symptoms need to see a doctor. It's less common in them due to anatomy but can also be.more serious if not treated.

In the meantime, lots of water and painkillers but not as substitute for GP.
