Fabletics sizing

Can anyone tell me whether Fabletics leggings run small or large? Their sizing is 10-12, 14-16 and I'm a 12-14. In normal clothes a 10 would be way too small and a 16 too big so I don't know which size to go for.

I'm a 12 and medium is perfect on me. I never want leggings over tight at the top so I'd always size up if in doubt

They're really stretchy so you should be OK with the 10-12.

Thank you, I'm very pear shaped so a tight waist isn't an issue for me, more that leggings that fit on the waist aren't squat proof because my bum stretches them out too much!
