I will be returning to work in January, it's a 12 hour shift. My daughter is 7 and she will need someone to look after her between 3:15 or 4:15 until 6pm. Does anyone have recommendations. What should I do?

Well, childminder who picks her up from school?
or after school club? a friend who you can do reciprocal care for
