I have put away my summer pjs and got out my winter ones. They are a random selection of pretty , boring , non matching , expensive and cheap. I rarely have any that match as I get hot at night and most winter pjs are long sleeve and I would die wearing those. So I only buy the bottoms.
I also have random selection of tops and bottoms for lounge wear.

are there proper grown ups who have all matching and beautiful.

I have PJ bottoms and a bunch of old tee shirts that are no longer fit to be seen out in but too good for turning into dusters.

I have seen many tv crime shows and the victims all have perfectly matching undies or pyjama sets. I am not taking the risk.

I wear PJ bottoms and whatever vest I was wearing that day. Then put the top.in the wash in the morning.

I'm the same, OP. I can't bear long sleeves in bed. All my PJs are just bottoms, then I have a selection of black or white vests (I like the Next long line ones). It's comfy, but not really elegant. I do have some lovely pj bottoms though.

Mine match. I'm more presentable and coordinated in my nightwear than day wear, don't know what that says about me 🤣

I wish my mum got that hint. I ask for nighties and pj bottoms, she gets me the button up fleece sets from Boux avenue. I end up only wearing the bottoms as I can't fasten the tops due to big boobs.

Mine do not match at all. I prefer sleeping in nighties (good for bum coverage and for dealing with late night child wake ups in the cold) and don't like sleeping in any trousers or shorts as it feels constrictive. However I do like wearing pj bottoms during the day when working from home. So the matching tops usually get relegated to the scruff drawer or become a regular every day T shirt.

Yes, several have dressing gowns to match too. I spend long periods in hospital. I probably have more PJs and slippers than clothes and shoes.

Mine don't all.match but they coordinate, I couldn't wear a red top with yellow bottoms. God knows what would happen if I did.

Mine are all mismatched. I dont have any 'sets.' I tend to buy plain t-shirts and then bottoms in varying colours and patterns. Only my darling husband sees them and he doesn't care if they match or not. So long as they're comfy, I'm happy.

Cannot wear PJ's of any description- cannot bear having my legs or arms covered- the PJ's ride up my legs at nights into a bunch-hate being constricted at night- team cotton nightie here- always short sleeved and short length.

Don't wear skirts or dresses much in the day though- most comfy in leggings and a big jumper and slippers - although like a sundress/bare feet in v hot weather.

Mine match, but I don’t wear them in bed.
Have you tried Next? I’ve got a set with short sleeves and trousers from there.
