Can someone help with Vinted postage question?

Hi!

I have am new to Vinted and have sold just under £100 worth of items (13 in total). I selected Evri delivery. I took the items to the drop off point this afternoon and they’ve all been scanned and I’ve been given one reference

One item has updated on the app to say sent but the others still have little red exclamation marks next to them. I have checked the Evri tracking and it has all the correct info on so I’m not sure why the others haven’t updated? I’m panicking a bit now that I’ve done something wrong 😢

I think it updates when they are collected. Today is a bank holiday.

I'm no expert though and there are Facebook groups for Vinted users where you'd get an answer.

Ah yeah that would make sense, I’m just confused why one has updated to say sent, unless maybe the buyer has paid extra for that option?

I don’t have Facebook but there’s a forum option on the app so I’ll see if there’s any answers on that

They probably didn’t take them all. Our drop off place was full earlier!

@underneaththeash do you mean the Evri driver wouldn’t have taken them all? The shop took them all and they have all come up on the app

I've had that, I think it varies depending on whether they paid for tracking or not, but they all updated within 24 hrs if they don't go straight away

Did you drop off at a shop?

did you get a blue card to say you’d dropped off?

If you have dropped several parcels you will probably find they will update one a time. I've had 2 parcels dropped at the same time and 24 hours between updates. Don't worry too much!!

a blue card and when I’ve tracked it all the parcels on there!
