Help me find my driving licence please

It’s not in the zip section of my bag where it normally is.

I strongly suspect I’ve removed it for a reason, but cannot think what that reason is. Therefore, I don’t know where I might have put it.

So please, suggest some reasons I might have needed my plastic driving licence in the hope it may spark a memory and I will suddenly find it!

In another handbag?

Under the scanner lid of the printer as you had to make a copy of it?

With your passport?

In the car?

In the (messy) kitchen drawer?

In your wallet or card holder.

You needed it to prove your age when buying alcohol in a supermarket. Lucky you, I’m always chuffed when they ask me (very rarely).

In a top pocket of a jacket or shirt?

In a smaller purse or wallet?

In the car because you took it to retrieve a parcel from the PO (or someone in your family else took it to get your parcel)?

In the back pocket of your jeans but it has fallen into the bottom of your wardrobe when you hung them up?

With other documents such as bank statements for mortgage renewal / applying for insurance?

In a reusable shopping bag.

Significant other’s wallet if they’ve picked it up by mistake.

Once found mine behind a picture frame on the wall. Still don’t understand how it got there…. Do you have a toddler? If so literally anywhere I’m afraid.

Have you been out recently and needed ID? Could it be in a 'going out' handbag?

got mildly offended in the supermarket the other day when staff automatically tapped visibly over 25 😂- those days are long gone.

Well when I lost mine along with my bank card, I found them in a different part of the bag they should have been in….after I had ordered replacements🤦‍♀️🤣

So my best advice is do a proper search of every nook and cranny of your bag.

Alternative thought, have you done a dbs or new job ID checks recently?

in your dressing gown pocket? I put mine their because Deliveroo told me I'd need it for my takeaway on Friday but the driver just asked my date of birth

Did you recently need to scan or copy it?

Have you needed it for ID? In an envelope?

Has your toddler been near your bag and do they have a toy shop/kitchen?
