Hi is there an alternative to the yo yo pushchair. Its to expensive for us but something similar would be good. It needs to be suitable from new born. Light weight and small fold . We don't drive. use public transport at busy times. So needs to be suitable for buses. Also will need to carry it up 3 flights of stairs. Any suggestions please

Recarro Easylife. Folds up really small and light with one hand. I think there is also a newer version which lies completely flat for newborns - Easylife Elite 2. The only thing is if you're wanting to take it on flights it won't go quite small enough to go in the overhead locker like the yo-yo.

We have Joie Tourist as we have a steep staircase. Doesn't fit into the overhead in the plane but really light, folds well with one hand and becomes a travel system.

Just buy a second hand, first generation yoyo. They're brilliant, and I'm sure the price since they brought out the second generation one will have dropped.

They don't come with a 'newborn' pack but these are a bit of a con- the original yoyo was always marketed being able to use from newborn which is what I did, as it lies completely flat and had (comfy!) straps to keep baby completely safe.
