Who do you respect / who motivates you and why?

Not necessarily 'celebrities' but just curious. Mine is a local business person, who always appears confident and well spoken, down to earth, well dressed, polished and appears to have a very good work ethic and works hard. Some of their success I think is down to marrying a very rich person(!) but they do still work hard, and that motivates me - I think I notice these things because I lack them all....Seeing people that work hard, does motivate to do the same in my own life and career.
Who is your motivation/inspiration/someone you admire or look up to and why?

People who can admit their mistakes and learn from them People capable of change. People who are tolerant of others opinions and listen to them if if they are very different to their own.

I have a relative who is all of the above. He has made mistakes in life, but owns them and learns. He has changed to be a better human being. He uses his life to grow as a person, he tries to learn from other people too. That is inspirational to me.

Sounds like someone we could all learn from.
