How can I watch a thread without commenting on it?

There should be a option when clicking on the dots. Now its either quote, reply etc.

Under the reply box, tick box?

On the active threads page there are three dots next to each thread title, click on those and you have the option to watch the tnread.

Click on the arrow at the top of the thread. Here:
