Day out in Manchester- which museums?

Taking DS to Manchester in a few weeks for the day and wondering which museums people think are the best.

Not football as DS hates it.

Museum of Science and Industry is fan. Try to be there when they do a demo of the spinning looms in the textile manufacturing gallery.

He is 15 but has LDs so something aimed at much younger children would be fine.
