Perfume for 10 yr old suggestions

As in the title.
Has asked for perfume for xmas.
Has previously had the kid type but wants grown up.
Prob a subtle /sweet one.

@AndAnotherOneJoinsTheQueue to be honest, there's no right or wrong when it comes to perfume. Everyone is different. I have thousands of perfume samples due to being a blogger, but my DH will just wear fragrance when he goes out for the evening and never at any other time. My two DSs were interested in fragrance since about the age of 10 and they had a few David Beckhams in their stocking at Christmas.

Right. Now for your question "can you suggest something that has low or no floral components?" Floral notes are used in the majority of fragrances but not always noticeably so. Personally I would recommend something like Elizabeth Arden Green Tea which is mainly green notes, green tea and a hint of mint. At the other end of the spectrum there are the woody spicy scents, but I'm guessing you may not like the big hitters as much?

This also feels like a good arena in which to point out that perfumes made and sold within the UK and the EU are governed by very struct safety compliances and are safe to use on skin.

@BCBird if you like it, wear it! Age doesn't matter when it comes to perfume. I'm 52 and I wear all sorts of stuff. Quite into a New Look one at the moment.

@isthismylifenow yes the Victoria Secret body mists are very popular with teens! There's a nice vanilla one and despite the sexy names, the scents are not too provocative for that age group. They make great stocking fillers. According to my DS the whole school smells like them!
