Not a dental nurse or dentist but it looks infected and that looks like pus in the back oozing out. Hope you're not on too much pain OP

Could be food packing? Could be infected? Is it painful? May be the start of Pericorinitis, infection of erupting wisdom tooth, keep it clean, warm salt water mouth washes often, get a baby toothbrush to clean it with, dip in corsodyl mouthwash.
of it gets painful or inflamed see a dentist you will need antibiotics

Hey, I'm a dentist. Obviously more invrstogation would be required but from first glance it Looks like inflammation of the gum around the lower wisdom tooth (pericoronitis). It's very common in that area, I would incorporate a single tufted brush to clean behind under that flap of gum at the back of the tooth. If there an obvious swelling that someone would be able to see if they looked at your face, I would go to your dentist.

Hygienist here
Like pp said single tufted brush to clean gently - if you have some corsodyl dip the little brush in it first
And/ or rinse with hot salty water.

you might need antibiotics tho

Dental nurse and we recommend tuft brushes too! They work a treat.
