What car do I need? Recommendations please.

I love my Mini Cooper but It’s not really working for me, sizeable teens, bassoons, work equipment bag, dogs and kit bags any more. We also have a Mitsubishi Outlander which is a great workhorse and won’t be leaving us any time soon. So, recommendations for a Mini replacement would be gratefully received.
Here’s what I need:

5 Door
Sat nav/ phone integration on screen
Reverse cameras.
Boot to accommodate 2 labradors.
Copes well with a rutted track ( our driveway), but it’s fine for most cars.
Hybrid/PHEV would be great, but not necessary.
Not massive (Outlander feels very big to me).
Not a fortune to run. I drive 14k miles a year.

Budget 20k, up to 3/4 years old. I’m not fussed about the make.

Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, I’ve had mine a year and absolutely love it. It’s smaller than the Outlander but still a good size.
It has satnav, Apple car play so mirrors your phone on the screen (also has android version.) Front, rear and parallel parking cameras which are also 360 degree. Anti collision technology with reserve cross traffic, super AWD
