Ordered some items 8 days ago, dispatched same day, been with my local Evri since Saturday and not budged, Lovehoney said on their website delivery 2-3 days, I was expecting parcel latest Monday, didn’t come, I spoke to them and they said it’s actually 2-3 working days (it doesn’t specify this on their site or email but hey ho), I wait until Wednesday (5 working days) still nothing here.
I speak to them today to be told Evri still say it’s “on the way” on their tracking and that they’re refusing to refund or replace for another 3 days, and that I have to get back to them on Monday (bank holiday) for a refund. They couldn’t tell me where in their T&C’s that it stipulates these dates that I have to wait (because it doesn’t exist), what their process is in the T&C’s only that this is “What they offer every customer”.
They shut down the chat (live chat) after saying someone will be in touch from complaints and that’s it.
Has anyone experienced this? - If a company is making up their own T&C’s when it suits but not having it in writing on their website.
