Pay it if you didn't adhere to the terms and conditions.

A lot of people say not to pay a fine as they're private companies etc. but when I have been in County Courts I have seen block lists for these parking companies, so it does seem that they do enforce some parking fines. I personally would not risk it and would just pay the fine.

I've had fines before for overstaying etc - and I've just paid them.

Hoppinggreen · 23/09/2022 09:14

Was the fine applied fairly and correctly?
ie did you do what they said you did?
If so just pay it

We didn't even consider that a free ticket would be needed if you were shopping in the retail park (don't shop often) so I suppose the fine is correct.
The car was clocked and 10 minutes later issued with fine.
We arrived back 2 minutes later Sad

Well I never!

They have waived the fine as a gesture of good will!
