I need inspiration please! What’s for dinner? Thanks :)

I'm working on site today so have left a pork shoulder joint in the slow cooker with smoked paprika, bbq smoke, garlic, tomato purée and sugar for pulled pork and baking potatoes wrapped in foil in the oven for ds to put on when he gets home from school. We'll have corn on the cob and coleslaw with it

Nachos with everything

It’s a bit cooler here today so we’re having sausage, mash, peas and gravy tonight. I’m looking forward to it.

Ooh that slow cooker pork sounds amazing! Yum! Have gone for meatballs and pasta. Easy tea!

We’re having corned beef stovies, warm crusty bread and real butter - I can’t wait!

It’s a bit too sunny now but it was cold this morning when I decided.

A picky tea (sorry I know people hate that term! )

DD loves them so we're having one to celebrate her first full week at reception.

Slow cooked (three hours) pork belly with crispy crackling. Carrots, red cabbage, apple sauce spiced up with rum, allspice and cinnamon.
All prepared by my lovely DH, I haven’t lifted a finger.

A Sri Lankan chicken and coconut curry with rice. Feels chilly here today so looking forward to a nice, warm dinner.

Pork satay and stir fried broccoli

the satay sauce has been in the slow cooker all day, just need to air fry the pork loin. Sesame and chilli all over the top.

Chicken fajitas with salsa & guacamole

Sausage pasta thing. Haven't decided what flavour direction to go in yet.

Fish and chips - first takeaway in absolutely ages, because DH suddenly had a hankering. Normal service resumed tomorrow with Fajitas!

We're having chilli done in the oven with cubed spicy potatoes

We are in a tiny village in rural france and they are doing a pop up Nasi [veggie version] in the next village. So we are going there!

Fish and chips. We always have a "treat" dinner on Fridays.

DCs have friends for a sleepover and I CBA to cook.
