What would be a typical days eatting for you ?

Lost weight through stress
but I don’t fancy putting it all back on

although my main aim is to be happy and healthy as possible

Breakfast. Greek yoghurt, berries and seeds.
Lunch. Soup and bread & piece of fruit.
Dinner. Veggie chilli and rice/curry/a pasta dish/ fajitas.
Dessert. Mini twister ice cream.
Snacks. Celery and hummus. Nature valley bar.

Breakfast - banana, belvita biscuits & homemade smoothie

lunch - either avacado & egg or sardines on toast

Tea - jacket with homemade chilli

snacks - 3 bags of crisp, clementine & some sort of chocolate bar!
