What was this childrens book? A wolf cub, a penguin and an otter

I’m pretty sure the wolf cub was called Loki but can’t remember what the otter and Penguin were called. It was amazing but really sad. They had a story each. Can’t find anything online except some unrelated more modern books about a different Loki the Wolf.

I managed to find a copy from a second hand book seller

Just ordered it on eBay. Thanks so much I’m over the moon that it exists and I can show it to my kids :)
