Is it a cold sore

Dropped my son off to school today and went over to my mums.

Was there an hour and felt like a tiny tome shape spot under my skin.

Fast forward to now the area is very tingly. Its below my lip line.

I've never had a cold sore before so altho I'm in my 40s just a bit of advice

Possibly but they usually come on the lip or up the nose. If you've not had one before it might be a sting or rash.
Don't kiss anyone until you're sure that it isn't.

That's a spot appeared now.

Bit strange you'd get your first cold sore now if you've never had one before? Put some neat tea tree oil on it.
