Are TicketMaster Tickets named for specific people ?

I bought 2 tickets for a comedy show this Friday.
For me & Ds. I don't feel great & his Father has offered to take him instead.
We all have the same surname, the tickets are a barcode on a phone (on Ds')
Will they be stopped at the door as one ticket holder is clearly a Mr not a Mrs?

I've looked on the site but I cant' see anything & cant' seem to contact them?

I had Ticket master tickets recent event at Wembley stadium. All the tickets have my name on as the booking person I suppose. Maybe a bit different as tickets are scanned by the turnstile machine rather than a person but we weren't required to show any ID.
Could you call the venue instead and ask?

@HeidiWhole thanks - I was the booking person so i guess both tickets will be in my name then? Maybe I could call the venue yes. Ds has ASD so I don't want any unwelcome surprises to spoil things for him.

Definitely give the venue a call. I also have a child with ASD - some venues can be pretty helpful, if he'd prefer to sit/stand somewhere less crowded, away from speakers and so on.

Just to follow up -

The tickets can be used by either parent & the young person.
The venue were helpful about crowds / help exiting if necessary.
I think he & his Dad are going to have a great time :)
