Best hand held steamer for silks etc

Hi,
I bought a gorgeous silk blouse but I am too scared to iron it. I have seen brides steaming their dresses with a hand held device. Anyone have one?

Anyone?

I'm making a dress with a silk lining, ironed the lining this morning before I cut it out. Low heat is fine, don't use steam on case of watermarks.
