Morning!
I'm hoping to create a very simple thread about logistics for 'The Queue.' I need to travel from Manchester and back again. I have the full day free on Saturday but working tomorrow and have plans for Sunday. This morning on BBC Breakfast it seemed to be moving fairly quickly and the wait time was about 6 hours. The queue also seems to have lengthened by about 0.8 mile since about 8am. I'm currently wondering if my best bet might be to arrive in London around midnight tomorrow night and leave early afternoon on Saturday. I need to book trains hence the defined start & finish time.
Ideally I'd like not to hear:
- Why would you?
- I don't get it
- You're queuing to see a box
- How do you know if she's even in there?
- People are being brainwashed into wasting their lives in a queue
- Why should a wealthy woman get all this when my Great Auntie Dot didn't even have a funeral etc etc
Now that we've covered all that, could you just tell me what you think about travel and the best time to join!
