Paint out of clothing?

DS's nursery uniform jumper has yellow paint all over it.

It's come out a little bit and I put fairy liquid on it and put stain remover powder on it but some of it is just not budging.

Any tips to remove the paint please?

Don’t wash in a hot cycle, try a cold wash.

Next time soap. Cold water soak. The cheap bars of soap are what work for me. Apply and soap gentle rub, repeat. Don't wash until it is all out with soap. Same for biro, school felt tips and white board marker.
