I changed my diet for the better and my skin feels (weirdly) totally different.

Has anyone else had this? I dumped the junk from my diet and radically upped my nutrition. My skin, especially my legs, feels quite silky smooth but it reminds me of granny skin. I suppose it's because there's less fat underneath now..

Something similar - have always had face spots around my period. Always, always terrible spotty skin at my period. Nothing made much difference. In my 40s, decided to try to grow my hair started taking a multi vitamin I was told would improve my hair growth. Vitamin supplements did nothing for my hair at all, no noticeable difference- but for the 3 months I took the supplements, I didn’t get spots on my face round my period and just looked fresher. Stopped taking them, following month got a spot day before my period was due.

I now take a multivitamin everyday and I think my skin is looking pretty good, even though it’s done nothing for my hair.
