Not sure how I feel tbh. Not brave enough for aibu so here goes!!
Ds is 8.. First school swimming lesson this week. Seems they get undressed/changed ( all the boys) together (then elsewhere all the girls.)
So does this mean The Pants Rule doesn't apply to your peers?
Mixed messages here imo!!
Obviously swimming is a vital life skill etc.. And not sure how else it could work? (but given his class is of just 25 would cubicles not work?)
Can't believe it didn't occur to me to ask at the meeting about it!

Up until covid they'd have all changed for PE in a classroom together wouldn't they?

I think this is quite standard for primary school swimming? My DC all have a dryrobe style towel to change under as they don't have to coordinate holding it around them.

In my experience they have to get changed very fast and are too busy doing this to focus on anyone else.
