Rug grippers for on top of carpet - recommendations please! 🛋

I have a lovely new rug on a lovely new carpet but the rug is sort of buckling in places.

I can find lots of products to help rugs stick to laminate but nothing for carpet.

Does anyone have any recommendations please?
