Food based activity ie cake decorating, bread baking, cooking class, chocolate making
Spa activity either somewhere external or at home pamper type session, nails and so on
Silent disco (there's a silent disco walking tour near here)
Sightseeing cruise (the local one also does nighttime disco/jazz night etc cruises)
Escape room, or one of those city cluedo or scavenger hunt things?
Mystery picnic do a walking tour where you collect parts of your picnic from local eateries.
