Just that really, I need to get my life in order. Eating properly, sleeping (at all), some physical activity. I have good plans but then complete apathy when it comes to the crunch.

Outspoken Beauty and The Emma Guns Show are both good.

Older and Wider (Jenny Eclair and Judith Holder) a genuine friendship, they just chat about their week, very funny, some book and tv recommendations. They make me laugh, cheer me up and get me through life’s crappy days.
