Rightmove what would you do with this property

it will invariably be bought up for housing development and there is quite a bit going on near by. But if you had the income what would you do.

in case it’s not obvious it was a school that closed under a cloud a couple of years ago.

I'd turn the biggest house to my residence then the smaller outbuildings to houses/flats and become a landlord for the income. Might rent to family for a pittance though.

I do love the fact it has a fully usable sports hall and music area. It really could be amazing but the reality is invariably more residential cardboard boxes

Mu daughter went to that school for a year. The building inside has a lovely feel to it, it is really light and airy.

It would make an amazing hotel with lots of facilities for families

Something like the Woolley Grange and Moonfleet manor chain where the rooms are quite luxurious and it has a spa, but there are pools and soft play and a crèche in the grounds

Being so close to a station would be useful for urban families without cars who want a UK holiday, I think
