Autumn cost of living payment

I know it's all a guessing game at this stage, but gov.uk says Autumn for the second CoL payment. Anyone have any insider info or would like to hazard a guess when it will arrive (I'm income based ESA).
Autumn is 01/09 to 30/11 according to almighty Google
