EON next prepayment meters

Evening,
I'm on prepayment meters with EON next.
I can log into the app and see how much I've topped up. This has no correlation to my usage though as I'm trying to be ahead for the winter (and topping up - but not using more)
I want to know my actual usage. I cannot find a way either through the app or the website when logged in.
I've had dealings with them on the phone before and I cba with a lengthy phone call.
Am I missing something simple?.

If you go onto the 'community' page on their website you'll be able to post a question that their Energy Specialists will pick up on pretty quickly.

Brilliant. I didn't even know that section existed. Thank you. The question seems have been asked. There seems to be no way to find usage out. Rubbish really!.
