My friend is having a terrible time at work at the moment, working 18-hour days. She's exhausted. Can anyone suggest a good gift for her that will make her life easier?

I gave her Hello Fresh meals before but she wasn't keen.

Thank you!

Spa day
Voucher for ironing or cleaning service
Sleep/relax spray

What's causing the 18 hour days?

Silk eye mask and This Works sleep spray

Posh candles, bath oil and face mask

Bookishly subscription

leather bound journal with nice pens

these are all gifts I’ve appreciated as a (very) time poor person, as they haven’t required lots of time (ie a spa voucher) but they have enabled me to carve out half an hour here and there to focus on me.

More practical things I’ve bought for myself include a robot vacuum, a Sonos roam (for music in the shower), a diffuser with nice oils, a slow cooker, magnetic planners for meals and activities (for the fridge) and Cook vouchers - but appreciate they’re not as nice to give as presents!
