Vegan/pescatarian and air fryer

Hi - I'm sorry for yet another thread on air fryer type devices! I've searched and seen a lot of posts about how great they are with chips / burgers / chicken. I was wondering if it made sense to get one if I have a mainly plant based / fish diet?
Examples of food from past week that I would typically make:
bean chilli, ratatouille, black bean burgers, lentil soup, smoked haddock, sweet potato wedges, salmon, brown rice, miso aubergines.
I know it doesn't really do liquid-y stuff so how do people find it with vegetable / fish type meals?
Thanks!

Yes to fish and black bean burgers - I cooked both regularly in the air fryer. I make a batch of the burgers and freeze, so I cook both freshly made and frozen.

Potato chips and wedges, sweet and ordinary, all good. Roast veg works well. Jacket potatoes too, although I microwave them first.

Chilli and soups, I do in instapot or pan on hob depending on how much I'm making, Generally, if you make it in an oven, grill or fry it, you can do it in the air fryer. Something like boiled rice, I'd make on the hob or instapot too.

This week I have cooked veggie burgers, potato wedges breaded fish, garlic bread, part baked rolls, reheated sausage rolls and peppers with haloumi in them.
Tonight I’ll roast gnocchi in it.
I think you need to think how often you normally use the oven for non-wet things and decide from there if it’s useful or not.

Fish are animals.

Thanks for suggestions everyone - will look about for a suitable model.

And @Fluffyfluffflufffluff Very stupid comment. Of course they're animals. That has nothing to do with what I asked - and would only be pertinent if I'd claimed I was vegan for 'humane' reasons.

grilled augergines and courgettes are amazing airfried. Just did mushrooms, also way better than just oven.

@nowandnever Calling yourself vegan when you eat animals is the real stupidity.

Air fryers are great for crispy potatoes/wedges, much better than any oven I've ever used. Fish is also pretty good cooked in one. I've not mastered the art of cooking rice in one yet, so still use the hob for those kinds of dishes. Ditto baking - I just tried cooking a cake in mine today and it came out pretty crispy around the edges, so will stick to the oven in future!

I think OP was just trying to say no meat, no dairy. Pescatarian is fair enough though - just that we're talking pescatarian with no dairy here. I think a lot of people think that vegan is avoiding dairy - I've met a couple who still wear leather shoes and would eat something containing gelatine.
