Just saw this on BBC, why would you do this in the crowd when so many cameras about??

Probably didn't realise the camera was on him?

Maybe he didn't realise he was doing it because he does it so often.
My mum sat opposite a woman years ago who literally smacked on her bogey. She would be constantly picking her nose and eating it even while talking to people. If it's a habit it's normal for them to do it.
