Autumnal slow cooker meals

I just checked the weather forecast and where I am it’s going to be proper autumn weather in a week or so, which I love and am really looking forward to. It made me think about cooking lovely autumnal food in the slow cooker, so thought I’d see what your recommendations are. I usually do a chicken chasseur but am aiming for mostly vegetarian at the moment… what are your go to recipes, vegi or otherwise (DH and DS still both appreciate meat dishes!)

Also one pan dishes in the oven would be appreciated. Nigella has a great Spanish chicken one but it’s a little too meaty for me at the moment.

There’s a ham in coke in my slow cooker as I type.

Popular with mine is chicken thighs & chorizo in a tomato sauce, served with rice or mash.

Meatballs.
Curry

A friend of mine makes delicious home made soup which she then serves with toppings like grated cheese, chopped herbs & grilled bacon.

This was recommended on a similar thread. Absolutely brilliant. You could maybe swap the chicken for mushrooms and adjust cooking time?
